SUNY Albany has four residential towers: Mohawk, Livingston, Eastman, and Stuyvestant, which are clad with two-story pre-cast concrete panels and cast-in-place concrete columns. SUPERSTRUCTURES was retained to provide an investigation of all four towers. The firm's critical analysis included the restoration and repair of spalled concrete columns and panels, deteriorated sealant joints at windows and panels, and of all metal windows. The firm went on to complete design documents and provide construction administration services for all four towers.
