Stuyvesant High School, located in Manhattan's Battery Park City, was built in 1992. SUPERSTRUCTURES conducted an investigation of the school's natatorium. Failure of the waterproofing caused structural damage to the pool walls, deck, and adjacent locker rooms. Repairs required a gut renovation to re-install the waterproofing membrane, repair concrete structures, and replace damaged plumbing, mechanical, and electrical components located below the pool deck. SUPERSTRUCTURES has completed the investigation, prepared contract documents, and construction administration.
