RiverCross is a multi-story 364-unit cooperative residential apartment building. The building facade consists of pre-cast concrete panels. The restoration program included repair of deteriorated concrete on bulkheads and balconies and facade treatment with protective coatings. SUPERSTRUCTURES provided investigation, design, and construction administration services.
