Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital is a leading pediatric hospital located in the Washington Heights neighborhood of Manhattan. It is ranked among the top ten pediatric hospitals in the country. The complex comprises six buildings, dating from the 1920s to the 1990s. SUPERSTRUCTURES conducted a Local Law 11 façade inspection and provided subsequent design and construction administration services to address deficiencies identified. Miscellaneous additional repair items on the façade and roof were also included in this repair campaign. Work included removal and replacement of cracked masonry units, repair of spalled concrete, replacement of broken glazing units, masonry re-pointing and sealant joint restoration.
