This residential apartment complex consists of three 33-story cooperative buildings. The buildings have pre-fabricated veneer panel in-fills in an exposed reinforced concrete structural frame. The restoration program also encompassed exposed concrete spandrels, cantilevered concrete balconies and exposed concrete beams. The project also included a garage restoration, encompassing 750,000 sq. ft. SUPERSTRUCTURES provided investigation, design, and construction administration services.
