The exterior renovation project for this four-story building includes replacement of existing roof membrane, installation of new wearing surfaces on rooftop and terrace, slate roof replacement, replacement of cracked masonry units, brick masonry replacement, masonry re-pointing, replacement of existing steel lintels, repair of spalled concrete and reinforcement of exterior spandrel beams and balconies, parapet and chimney coping stone replacement, and wood window replacement. SUPERSTRUCTURES provided investigation, design services and construction administration services.
