Lehman College has an extensive system of elevated plazas connecting buildings and providing shelter and open space. The plaza surrounding and above the cafeteria, including adjacent ramps and stairs, has experienced settlement and leaks due to an aging, 15-year-old waterproofing system. SUPERSTRUCTURES provided an investigation report and is now preparing construction documents for 3,500 square feet of structural and at-grade plaza.
