The General Services Administration Public Building Service is the “Landlord for the civilian federal government.” SUPERSTRUCTURES was retained as a subconsultant to RTKL Associates to provide an exterior condition assessment of 11 GSA-managed buildings in the New York Region. The buildings range from the Jacob Javits Federal Building and the Ronald H. Brown US Mission to the UN – to the historic Alexander Hamilton US Customs House. The condition assessments were used to prioritize exterior repairs.
