Stocking Hall is a four-story Beaux-Arts style building constructed in 1921. It has brick walls with limestone and terra cotta trim and a slate-covered pitched Mansard roof with dormers. SUPERSTRUCTURES conducted an exterior investigation and provided design and construction phase services for an exterior restoration. The project included brick and stone masonry restoration, lintel restoration, terra cotta unit replacement, window replacement, recladding of wood around dormers and replacement of the slate shingle roof.
