Although Columbia Teachers College is adjacent to, and shares resources with, Columbia University, the College is a legally and financially independent entity. SUPERSTRUCTURES was retained to provide Local Law 11, Cycle 7 facade inspections for eight buildings that occupy much of two city blocks. Most of the campus was built in the first quarter of the 1900s although the project includes the newest facility, a residence hall completed in 2004.
