The Marshak Science Building is a 13-story concrete structure being over-clad with a new, more thermally efficient curtain wall. Primarily glass, the new facade also incorporates aluminum panels on the north and south elevations. SUPERSTRUCTURES is providing NYC Department of Building mandated Special Inspections for custom unitized glass and metal curtain wall panels. The scope of work includes the monitoring of air and water infiltration testing as per ASTM Standards. Architect: Ahuja Partnership.
