Chatham Towers is a two-building co-op apartment building complex which was built in 1964. The architects, Kelly and Gruzen, won an award for their design. SUPERSTRUCTURES was retained to provide investigation, design, bidding and construction administration services to address New York City Local Law 11 facade conditions.
