The exterior restoration program at this three-building campus complex included 17 Lexington Avenue; the Administrative Building, 135 East 22nd Street; and Newman Hall, 137 East 22nd Street. Work included removal and resetting of the limestone facade, brick re-pointing, roof replacement and parapet reconstruction. SUPERSTRUCTURES provided investigation, design, and construction administration and management services.
